Sarah is a HCPC registered dietitian with more than 25 years’ experience working in the NHS, Public Health and Private sector in London, Birmingham and ³Ô¹ÏÉçÇøshire. She has been an associate lecturer at the ³Ô¹ÏÉçÇø for the past 8 years and was involved in the early curriculum development for the new BSc Nutrition & Dietetics programme. She returns now as a Senior Lecturer and Interim Course Lead (maternity cover) and in addition continues to undertake freelance dietetic work across ³Ô¹ÏÉçÇøshire.

Sarah is passionate about training students and brings a wealth of experience from real-world dietetics from an extensive range of settings: from schools & nurseries to prisons; care homes to community regeneration projects; as well as both acute hospital and community care.

Sarah has a creative mind, having worked as a health improver and problem solver within community settings, she is always looking to develop novel food projects that really make a difference to people’s lives.
